The Las Vegas Raiders are rewarding their star pass rusher Maxx Crosby with a significant raise, amounting to $6 million this season and an additional $1.2 million next year, according to a source familiar with the deal.

Crosby still has three years remaining on his current contract. He inked a four-year extension in March 2022, valued at approximately $95 million. Originally, Crosby was set to earn around $19.38 million this year and $21.92 million in 2025, based on data from Spotrac.
Over the past five seasons, Crosby has established himself as one of the NFL’s premier pass rushers, accumulating 52 sacks, the fifth-highest total in the league during this timeframe. This includes 27 sacks in the last two years alone, just three short of Myles Garrett’s league-leading 30 over the same period.
This raise further underscores Crosby’s value to the Raiders as they continue to invest in their defensive standout.
