“We eagerly anticipate hosting England and their fans in the charming city of Frankfurt,” stated Mr. Josef, impeccably attired in a suit, as he deftly juggled the ball.
The Mayor of Cologne, Henriette Reker, recommended that England and Scottish fans visiting the city explore its cultural attractions, including the contemporary art museum.
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Gelsenkirchen, Karin Welge, suggested fans sample the local delicacy of “currywurst” – a sausage served with curry sauce.
Germany is poised to welcome up to 800,000 British football enthusiasts for Euro 2024.
The official Euro 2024 travel advisory from the Government emphasizes responsible drinking, valid passports, and travel insurance. It also warns against purchasing match tickets from unofficial sources, emphasizing the requirement for electronic tickets validated via mobile phones.
The Foreign Office underscores that tickets obtained through unofficial channels may be invalid and that selling tickets through such means could lead to prosecution.
