Indiana will reportedly forgo his $2.2 million team option for the 2025-26 season, which will enable the new contract to take effect next season, according to Wojnarowski.
Under the new deal, Nembhard will receive $18.1 million for the 2025-26 season, $19.6 million for the 2026-27 season, and $21 million in the final year of the contract, as detailed by ESPN’s Bobby Marks.
Nembhard recently delivered a standout performance in the postseason, averaging 14.9 points, 5.5 assists, and 3.3 rebounds, contributing significantly to the Pacers’ advancement to their first Eastern Conference Finals in a decade.

The Pacers drafted Nembhard with the 31st overall pick two years ago. The 24-year-old guard is also set to represent Canada at the upcoming Olympics in Paris this summer.
