The No. 1 Swiatek will face off against the formidable Emma Raducanu, who delivered a stellar performance to dispatch Linda Noskova with a score of 6-0, 7-5.
In an earlier showdown, fourth-seeded Elena Rybakina fought her way to the quarterfinals with a thrilling 7-6 (3), 1-6, 6-4 victory over Veronika Kudermetova.
Rybakina showcased resilience, fending off three break points in the opening set and dominating the tiebreaker. However, Kudermetova staged a comeback in the second set, taking advantage of Rybakina’s errors.
Rybakina wrestled back command in the decisive set, dominating to a 4-1 lead, only to be challenged by a surge from Kudermetova, who capitalized on errors to draw level. However, displaying resilience, the Kazakh athlete mounted another rally, securing a crucial service hold in a closely contested battle to ultimately clinch the match.
Meanwhile, sixth-seeded Markéta Vondroušová booked her spot in the quarterfinals with a hard-fought 7-6 (5), 6-1 victory over Anastasia Potapova.
